Here are the directions on how to create this fun card.

1. Stamp and heat emboss image using various Delicata inks.

2. Stamp sentiment, heat emboss and die cut.

3. Using Fireworks spray onto image panel.

4. Add sequins, sentiment banner, washi and sticker stitches onto image panel.

5. Adhere image panel onto white card using foam adhesive.
