Kristina Werner's Color Inspiration Challenge

So I must admit this is my first Color Challenge!! The colors for the week are Basic Black, Whisper White, Going Gray, and a color of our choice. The color that I chose was Tempting Turquoise. I really never see Turquoise with a black and white card so I thought I would try it. At first...I really did not like this card, but it started to grow on me. I hope this is not too much Turquoise... I was try to go for the color "pop". Thanks for looking and have a great Thursday night!!

Hello Everyone!!!

Sorry I have been so MIA, but I am getting ready for my first week of Grad School. This week has been very chaotic with all of the testing, commuting from Denver to Boulder everyday ( Yes, I am taking the bus.....gas is very expensive!!), and I have been out of energy. Today, I had a free day (yea!!) to make a card and yes I needed to make one...lol!! I combined the WT180, SC190, and CC180 challenges together. So this is the card that I came up with today!! I combined challenges today (The SC at Splitcoast Stampers and The Color Throwdown Challenge). This was my first time doing the Color Throwdown Challenge and I had a blast with it. The Colors are: Ruby Red, Soft Sky, Pumpkin Pie, Certainly Celery, and Barely Banana for this week. At first, I was very hesitant, but hours later I came up with this card that I really like!! Thanks for looking and have a great Wednesday!!

Good Morning Everyone!!-

So today is Color Challenge day over at Splitcoast Stampers and the colors for today are Elegant Eggplant, Old Olive, and Taken with Teal. I love these colors together!!! This is my card that I came up with today. I decided to make a long card (3"by6") because I have not made one in a long time. Also I decided to use my Stampin' Up! Pastels on my flower.....I don't ever think that I used my pastels.....shame on me....lol!! Thanks for looking and have a great Tuesday!!
